Fusion Z / TERMS OF BUSINESS

BASIC TERMS: Net 30 days (date of Invoice) F.O.B. Healdsburg, California.                                          

MINIMUM ORDER: $500 wholesale opening order; $10.00 handling charge on reorders under $300.

NEW ACCOUNTS: We need four or more current open trade accounts (include name, complete address, account number and phone number). Please allow 4-6 weeks for credit check.

ENCLOSE at least a 50% deposit with credit information to expedite your order. All prepaid orders have shipping priority. Include buyers full name and phone number. We subscribe to Lyons and Experian credit services. We also accept Visa, American Express and Master Card.

DELIVERY: Allow 10-12 weeks. Some items may be available sooner. New accounts may take longer to ship.

BACK ORDERS: Back orders can be made on UPS/Fedex Ground shipments at our discretion unless otherwise specified. No back orders on truck shipments. Back orders ship on a rush priority basis unless we are notified otherwise.

DROP SHIPS : Drop ships can be made for a $10 fee.

RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without authorization from Fusion Z. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

LATE PAYMENTS: Our terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice. A 1.5% per month charge will be assessed on all overdue accounts.

COLLECTION: Should your account be placed in collection, all costs incurred will become your responsibility.

In consideration of the said extension of credit, the applicant and the undersigned individual, jointly and severally agree to pay all invoices for the purchases made by the applicant within the invoice terms. The undersigned individually represents to Fusion Z, Inc. that each of the undersigned is either an owner, stockholder, partner, officer, agent, or director of the applicants and the undersigned further agrees that in the event that this account is referred to a collection agency or attorney that the applicant and the undersigned individually, jointly and severally, agree to pay Fusion Z, Inc. all costs of collection, court costs, agency fees, and reasonable attorney fees. The applicant agrees by acceptance of goods to pay a service charge of 1.5% per month (18% APR) or as allowed by law, on all overdue balances. The applicant hereby authorizes their bank to release account information to Fusion Z, Inc. This information will be held in the strictest confidence and is used solely to establish and maintain an open line of credit with Fusion Z, Inc. Due to insurance requirements, Fusion Z, Inc. must have a signed credit agreement before any merchandise can be shipped.
